Not sure this part is necessarily accurate unless something has changed recently. One of the resort owners purchased the seaplane company about three years back.

Personally I would rather spend more time at the resort than the Airport. The only complaint I had was that I was given a time for our return seaplane ride an hour earlier than we actually left. Weather was fine.
