I have a few friends that have chosen Virgin to the US not knowing it was a new thing or the like. All seem to have been impressed with it, especially the transit bus to T3.

I think we will begin to see how this does properly when the full leisure market that books months in advance finds it when booking, rather than disorganised students who leave things late!
