TV is built into the seat arm rest and folds up for viewing. The video screens on the wall are for safety videos and in flight maps. I believe some of the 777s have been updated with the much larger screens, so the fold ups are rather small. I prefer one row back. The bulkhead always seems a little cramped to me since you have a full height wall in front of you. Others prefer the bulkhead since your legs are not extended into the box of the seat in front of you.
