I know the high end restaurants are amazing ( from what I have read here), but since I am traveling alone spending $100-200 per person at a high end restaurant may not be as enjoyable.

I am looking in the range of $10-20 for street food or department store food, and $20-50 for restaurants in the Ginza, Shibayu, Shinkuju, Tokyo Station, and Roppongi area. And, perhaps, as you recommended, the fish market early in the morning.
