If u fkying MH you will have to use that lounge. U wont get in to qantas biz lounge without a ticket on qantas. MH lounge is ok. Not like the big Qantas one at Syd. There is no outside view of airport and lounge is small. Food made to order, usually 3 or 4 selections only. Hubby was happy with beer selection. Peaceful environment but if i had a choice i'd berunning fast towards Qantas lounge!

I use the Malaysian Airlines Golden lounge at KL in the international satelitte terminal. The lounge is very nice but the service and enthusiasm from staff is lacking. Youtube the lounge. Plenty of videos. If u have no status surely their lounge at their hub would be the best option.

Not sure about the hanoi lounge but if u get to use the vietnam airlines lounge its pretty crummy. Yes it beats sitting in the general airport. I was there last week. They didnt close the lounge doors so you could hear every screaming kid outside. The chairs are grotty and closely situated next to each other and some right near the toilets. Beer and spirits available. Food limited but i passed on it as it was buffet style
