UR points are very very valuable. And if OP isn't based on Korea, it is hard to burn KE points especially with fuel surcharge and lots and lots of restrictions. Redeeming on delta isn't easy because delta and KE don't share the same low-level inventory, let alone delta doesn't release that many award seats. That's why it's strongly advised to transfer only needed amount to KE before purchasing. Locking up whooping 25k points on KE for many years is a terrible nightmare which would be otherwise versatile.
