I'm new to this part of FT, so apologies if this has already been answered (but I couldn't find it on a quick search).
A friend is flying TPAC from North America on NZ, but I strongly suspect they missed their flight, as the connecting flight in North America was delayed (according to Amadeus/FlightStats) leaving only a few minutes to transfer.
I have their PNR and eticket details, and wanted to look it up online, to see if/how they've been re-routed and hence what their ETA is. However, the "View, change or cancel a booking" option at
www.airnewzealand.co.nz is refusing to show the reservation (although as far as I'm aware, the '
Accessing Bookings Online' conditions are still met).
Are NZ bookings viewable directly on a GDS website? (I tried, but failed, on places like
www.virtuallythere.com,
www.checkmytrip.com, etc - I am not sure which GDS NZ reservations are hosted on, other than Carina.) Or are NZ bookings blocked from viewing while a pax is in the air?
Many thanks!
