I call a different number as a 1K than I did as a GS and not always from my registered phone. The calls are always answered fairly quickly, unless it was a holiday season or WX , IT disaster. Only then it would ask for my MP account number to verify I was indeed calling the correct number for my status. If there are no dedicated numbers then elite flyers would be in the same queue as all MP callers and with the response I usually have that can't be true, I don't think.
