Sadly, agreed. It is entirely unreliable. It's less air con, and more uncontrollable heating. I just can tear away from SPG and so keep staying there. But it's really not that lovely a property.

OK, thanks. I'll have to consider this one. Perhaps I can swing through later on (like Oct) so I won't have to worry about the AC. I'm with you - I really try to stay loyal to *wood, I'm trying to get Plat Ambassador again this year. Will need every night I can get to make it.
