The answer is they obviously don't think the same way as you do. And apparently SOMEBODY can make money in NYC and at JFK: DL not only generates profits but now dividends. What's the big difference between them and AA... aside from the fact that AA and BA are top dogs on the top international route out of NYC, NYC-LON?
Isn't JFK-LHR generally considered the most profitable route in the world?
