I'm having second thoughts about this whole guaranteed seat on fully booked flights. My inquiry was for something lesser than that guarantee. I mean if they could accommodate a Gold/Platinum with a flex fare in Y on a FULLY sold out flight, why isn't possible do the same on partially sold out flights?
