That's a great question - exactly what I was trying to find out after wondering that at the airport recently myself.

Just in case re-igniting the question helps, obviously they have a plan, but does anyone actually know what they do? Being trapped by automatic gates doesn't sound too great! Although, presumably if there's really a fire in there they wouldn't let everyone melt.....
