I just wanted to share with the group because my story had a happy ending. Just when I had a bead on an iPad that looked identical to mine on eBay, I got a call from United Baggage Services at ORD saying that my iPad had been turned in (from the United Club, I presume). Luckily, I was on my way back through ORD the next day. Went to Baggage Services in the basement with my Reference # and was happily 're-United' ( couldn't help it). Good luck to everyone else here who have become separated from gadgets. Cheers.
