So I was flying to Perth and manage to sign-up for the triple miles offer that they had advertised on their website. I fly and return from Perth, and happily my triple miles are credited. This was a week ago. I check my account balance today, and the triple miles have been deducted and only the standard miles have been credited. What is going on????? I took that QR flight specifically for the triple miles offer. Talk about a dirty trick. Has this happened to anyone else??
