I suggest you look here at the SAS Eurobonus website that explains *A upgrades. Basically, you need a full fare (Y,B) ticket to be able to upgrade to business. If you do have the upgradeable fare class (though it sounds like you don't?), then you could look on Expert Flyer for availability on TP.
