1. Is it possible to upgrade a TAP Classic ticket using my SAS *A points/miles from Economy to Business (or whatever they call it)? I guess this is exactly what this category/class is for.

2. Is it possible to upgrade a TAP Classic ticket WHICH IS NOT IN MY NAME (e.g. wife) using my SAS *A points/miles?

3. How can I check whether there actually are seats available in the upgrade class on a certain flight X a specific date? I would assume these upgrade category/class seats fill up after a while.
