Hotel staff should to add informartion with the email that "the additional person charge have to base on original booking" but they didn't

It seemd English is not your first language which is the root of the problem. You had a misunderstanding of the meaning of the email. The bolding in your email is my emphais.
The hotel email is informing you of the 2 different costs of the bed, based on the rate you ORIGINALLY booked (room only or room + breakfast), NOT offering you a choice of rates for the extra person.
If you had booked a breakfast-inclusive rate, the cost would have been 1,766extra. They were NOT offering you that as a choice.
