When a flight is delayed, the "estimated" departure time may change, but not the "scheduled" departure time. "Originally" is added just for emphasis, to indicate "before the delay happened."
Taken literally, the "originally scheduled departure time" would mean, 11 months earlier, when it was added to the "schedule." Only historians care what that departure time was. Only after a flight is delayed does it matter what the "originally scheduled departure time" was, and that only because, you needed to be at the gate 15 minutes before that time.
