I complained about a rental I had ~3 weeks ago. The car looked like someone had repeatedly dropped a bowling ball on the roof. This was after waiting ~40 minutes to get a car. As PC, I wasn't too happy.

I finally received a response today. Insane it took 3 weeks to reply to a simple email. National, where I'm an EE, takes less than a day.
