You do realize that some neighborhoods do not have accessible CU's. Not everyone has a car that they can jump into and drive to a CU. Many people make the trip to the WM on a bus so that they can do their banking and one stop shopping. Many of these same people do not have access to computers so that they can search for Credit Unions that may or may not be near them. We here are the lucky ones, available funds, on line accessibility. Even a certain amount of float so that we can play this game. Just because something exists doesn't mean you can get to it.
* WalMarts are not located in deserts. Where there are WalMarts, there are banking alternatives.

I'm not saying life is always easy. But to assert that it can't be done is factually, measurably, objectively incorrect.
And not being willing to find a way to avoid paying these fees is one of the reasons the poor generally stay poor. Laziness and stupidity.
But none of this has anything to do with MS, and I'm way off topic. Back to churning.....
