No clue what you're saying. I guess one could define "traditional" in different ways, but in my not-so-short life, a New England lobster roll has traditionally been served on a buttered and grilled split-top hot dog bun. Which isn't to say that there have not been and are not notable exceptions (see Neptune), but still that is what commonly is thought of as the "traditional" New England lobster roll. (FWIW, Pepperidge Farm even calls those rolls "New England Style Rolls.")
