I have a few thoughts for this thread:

1) The old T-mobile system was terrible. Way back in the day, you only got free Wi-Fi if you were in a premium class on international travel. The cards were annoying, the bandwidth was actually pretty bad, and at least on a Mac, I had a lot of connection issues. I think United and most Red Carpet Club users were thrilled to drop it.

2) The new system for me works somewhere between below average and above average most of the time. That's fine for basic activities. It's not fine if you need to move a lot of data, which I have on occasion.

3) There's no reason that a daily or weekly password posted at the front desk and a few places around the club couldn't be used. Please don't even mention MAC addresses. We do that on my work network, and people that use computers every day of their life have no idea how to find their MAC addresses...that would be a nightmare for the staff.
