I'm sure this has been debated before so I'm happy for a link to the thread. Basically I'm buying a new carry on. Budget is about $600. Looked at:

Open to suggestions or for the crowd to declare a winner.

Needs:
1. Carry On Domestic most of the time.
2. Specific consideration to packing a suit jacket, hangers etc.
3. Large is better than light.
4. Spinner would be nice. (It's the only reason I haven't just bought the B&R bag.)
