I copied the cabin luggage requirements of TG from http://www.thaiairways.co.uk/flying-with-thai/luggage/
" ... the carry-on baggage has a maximum length of 56 cms (22 inches), width 45cms (18 inches) and 25 cms (10 inches). However, the sum of the three dimensions shall not exceed 115 cms (45 inches) and the weight must not exceed 7 kgs."

It is the same as SQ and most airlines (sum of length, width and height not more than 115 cm) except BA.
