Sofitel So Bangkok (choose Water Element room)
Anantara Sathorn (choose Kasara rooms)
Lebua at State Tower
Bayoke Sky Hotel (not that classy, but indeed high)
Sofitel Sukhumvit (choose park view room)
Pullman Bangkok Hotel G (choose Executive room)

All hotels, except Bayoke Sky, might be at the upper end of your price range over even slightly above
