The only caution I would add is that hot breakfast items do not come out until 8am in the CX lounge. If you have an early T3 departure it may be a factor.

And WiFi is no zippier than BA. Nearly a whole hour to download an episode of Top Gear to my 'Pad.

That said it is a lovely lounge - haven of peace and quiet normally with runway views.
