I have to say, It is inconsistent on the benefits page to mark some benefits that are subject to availability, as such, and not mark others. It just encourages confusion.
Mind you, the OP has consistently refused to address the reasonable question of what extended checkout time he had agreed with himself, when no such time is mentioned on the benefits page.
I guess we'll never know.
