Bingo... Sunny 1 has it nailed. In the luxury seg, find a great agent, local or otherwise and work with them on your trip. They can add a lot of value with shore events, SBC and even access to great private shore trips. A long time Seabourn client of mine was so pleased i booked her cruise in CAD as opposed to USD since the currency as been going like a yo-yo lately. Her "friend" who booked with somone online got a USD rate and of course an almost 3% uptick on the FX rate thanks to Amex
