Assume you're aware of SPG's Tambo del Inka, which is an hour or so away from CUS in the Sacred Valley and is supposed to be a stellar property.
I looked closely at Tambo. Are you giving that a try? I thought about it, but it's about 1 hour away from the center of Cuzco, so it might be a lot of work for us to go back/forth for tourism.
