Actually, two of my last stays were booked at one rate, and ended up being charged at a higher one.

I'm frankly not happy and will bring it to GP's attention. Perhaps I should need to review my folio's to ensure that items on it are ones I purchased, but I should NOT have to audit my folios to the extent that I go back to my original reservation, check the rate booked and then verify that is the rate actually charged.
