Clearly aimed at the "more money than taste" nouveau riche crowd. Surely there's as much pleasure in finding a lesser known restaurant ahead of the Michelin/San Pelligrino raters or even better one who has no aspiration or want of stars? One of the most enjoyable meals I've ever had the proprietor allegedly chased the Michelin inspector out of his restaurant before he could sit down!
