You've probably already decided, but I've been to both the Westin Grand and Bayshore and they are both nice properties, but totally different locations. Bayshore is within spitting distance of Stanley Park which is pretty spectacular, while the Grand is on Robson amidst the hustle and bustle of tourists, shops, restaurants, etc. The Grand is across the street from Japadog which is probably one of my favorite guilty pleasures. Dining options around the Bayshore are limited, unless you drive. Depends on what you want but you can't really go wrong at either.
