100k avios will get you to Beijing return in business. Another option would be HKG (which will be A380 operated later this year).
HKG only works if you have 120k Avios. Most of the Far East and South-east Asia is more than 100k return in business.
For 100k, you have most of the US, Canada and Mexico covered and you may be able to get availability here if you're flexible.
Whatever you choose, for a two-week trip you may want to consider an open-jaw booking, flying into one airport and coming home from another. Most of my Amex 2 for 1 vouchers have been used up this way.
