If you happen to stay in the back tower where the old lounge was on the 16/f then breakfast is at StraitsKitchen and cocktail is at 10 Scotts.

I was a bit confused too, but I wish I had stayed at the back tower now. I've never been to cocktail at 10 Scotts before.
I was in the front tower. In our welcome letter, it mentioned that we would receive complementary breakfast in the club, then later mentioned that we also had the option to eat in StraitsKitchen, but the wording was vague regarding whether or not this also was free. When I went to the club lounge reception to clarify, she said something like "Yes, StraitsKitchen breakfast is also complimentary. They may ask you to sign something, but don't worry about it."

So either this lady was misinformed, or things have changed. As I said, I never actually went down to the StraitsKitchem for breakfast, so I don't know how it would have worked out.
