Just to draw a line under this, flights for 1 July 2014 on the DUB-SFO route are now showing all available Aer Lingus codeshares where previously only the BA flights were showing up for the DUB-LHR sector.

So this is merely down to the Aer Lingus flights only becoming bookable some time after the BA flights are open for sale.
