I can not tell you how much this dilutes the current value of my Platinum for life status (gotten through mostly 7 years of being EXEC PLAT, albeit a decade ago. I called them in May, and no way would they match it. This is awful for current loyal customers. And how they got the GS/1K list (it's called corporate espionage). And they get on the high horse about their terms and conditions and I have seen many posts of Aadvantage closing accounts due to members not fulfilling there T&C's. errrrrrrrrrrr....anyone with me?
