I had some extremely good service from ( can you believe it ) an American Eagle FA, and I've got her name.

I checked the wiki and FAQ and couldn't find where I should write/fax/email. Oh, and I'm lifetime Gold so I do have those compliment slips. But where do I send those, and will they have any effect?
