I agree completely. Many times when we're staying at a property, if they have been good with upgrades and other niceties, we will spend more money at the property. Was treated very well at Hilton KL, we ended up eating most of our dinners at the on-site Japanese restaurant. Conversely, if a property does nothing to recognize loyalty, we will not spend additional money on-site. I often wonder if management recognizes this?
