I have a Delta Gold Skymiles card with a fairly large credit line that I will downgrade soon. However, I would like to move some of the credit line to another card. Does anyone know what Amex's policy is regarding transferring credit line? The card with the small credit line is a Blue Cash Preferred with a 15 months 0% APR that I opened recently.
