There is no E+ seating on LH.
If you book through UA and your itinerary includes an LH flight number, you will receive an LH confirmation number with your UA ticket. You can use that to immediately select a seat on LH (assuming you book F/C or Y/B in economy). Otherwise, wait until T-24.
You will earn UA PQMs assuming your LH flight(s) is booked in a qualifying fare
class
