Yep, and some even have engine / gear cams iirc - but for us geese, er, passengers, AA has nocams.

It's not airline-specific, but aircraft specific. Those cams are standard on the model type and here for the cockpit to aid in ground operations; the integration to the IFE is a customer-pleasing byproduct.
