Some airlines have belly cams (the OZ one on yourtube), some have tailcams (IB A340s), AA has nocams.
The camera not airline-specific, but aircraft specific. Those cams are installed by Boeing/Airbus and come with the airplane; they are there for the cockpit to aid in ground operations. Their location is aircraft type-dependent, and AA's 77W has them like any other 77W; the integration to the IFE is a customer-pleasing byproduct.
If AA is not connecting the camera to the IFE, total bummer.
