I don't get you issue. First you were complaining about all FRA Airbusses have old F, which is not the case. Now you limit this to East Coast flights. Well, there is more than East Coast to Germany.

But even from East Coast you have new F on 748 (IAD) and many 744 or you could route through MUC on the Airbusses, which most people like as the better airport anyway.

I am based in FRA, I am flying about once a month over the pond (different locations) and out of about 24 segments in the last 12 month I only ended up twice in old F.
