Whoa, steady there Michael, and welcome to FT.

I think all companies can have some good staff and some poor staff. It's not good that they didn't have a scale, but some travellers swear by their Tumi.

(I'm not one of them, I'm definitely a Rimowa person, so good luck with your purchase).
