I was looking at 830.56.52.4 Price in Singapore at iSetan Shaw is S$1140 or USD 896. Price at Specialtyluggage.com is USD 595 plus $41 in taxes. USD 260 difference!
The cheapest place to buy Rimowa in Singapore is when department
store has store-wide discount like Takashimaya 10% off with DBS
Takashimaya Credit Card. Rimowa boutiques in Singapore prices are fixed
without any discounts. Better to order direct from Germany like www.kofferprofi.de (VAT of 19% is waived) and you can google for discount codes to offset
the shipment fee of 50 Euro. Even after paying GST of 7 %, it is much
cheaper.
