In any case, your wife and 3 year old son will not fit in a J suite. My petite wife and 7 month old did not fit (unless she was holding him).

And I have never seen three J reward seats on YYZ-SCL. The best way to do it is two grab two J seats, pay for a flex ticket and upgrade. I've never had an upgrade not clear, even in the holiday season, at the old elite status.
