I am waking up this thread on a hotel that I like, but not happy about, since I found out that they, again, are excluding themselves from the latest Starwood promotion and are the only property in Thailand to do so.

I had not paid enough attention to the last promotion and did not like the fact that I did not get bonus points for my stays during this period, but I had only myself to blame, as I should have looked closer to the terms and conditions of the offer.

For the promotion starting in September, I decided to cancel my plans for several stays at the PA. Some were scheduled for September and the last ones were for December. Hopefully, the Plaza will not be the Starwood black sheep of Thailand for the 2014 promotions, so I can feel good about staying there again.
