After many years of the same balsamic vinaigrette, I had a "new" salad dressing on my YYC-YYZ flight last night. I'm getting too old to read the microscopic print they put on these tiny bottles, but it tasted like a sherry vinegar base.

I liked the old one, but this is good too.
