Customer Complaints

I am a One World Emerald card holder (i.e. not IB), and I have reason to complain. However, your new website will not allow me to use my One World Status (only IB+) and will only allow me to input a 075 ticket number, and not any other airline which utilises IB for a code share (including your sister airline).

I live in Spain (and have done for many years) and I am well aware that there is a certain tendancy to not care about customer service (I even have this in writing from IB management that there is no culture of customer service). So how am I supposed to complain or give IB the opportunity to respond to my grievence? BTW, with the way IB has treated me personally over the last few years there is not a chance in hell I will join IB+.

I have already decided as I live between Malaga, Jerez and Seville that I don't have to use IB any more; particualrly as your Station Manager in Jerez has less manners than a one year old child
