Was excited to use the new chennai domestic terminal( after all those tough departures from d old terminal), I was equally looking forward to experience the new taj lounge as their old lounge was never great, but nothing has changed, it's depreciated further at the new terminal. I always used to enjoy the breakfast nevertheless!! However, this time the food was not refilled for nearly 25 mins with absolutely none of the options available, repeated requests were answered with " please wait for 5 mins". Nobody was there even to care about the passengers. Not sure what is the point of having a lounge which doesn't have wifi, water bottles and which doesn't even refill the food quickly!
